- Reports to: SVP Sales, EMEA
- Location: Remote-first, with one day in London office weekly and ad hoc travel across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
- Travel to the US once per year for company meetings.
about the role
At Kollective, we are customer-obsessed – helping our customers succeed is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our EMEA team. You’ll manage a portfolio of ~40 enterprise accounts across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal (worth $1–1.5m ARR), ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform while driving renewals and upsell opportunities.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll connect customer business goals with the value of our platform, guiding stakeholders on how to get the most out of Kollective. This is an ideal role for a junior–mid level professional eager to build enterprise account management skills, with a clear progression path available for strong performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ~40 customer accounts across France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, accountable for renewals and expansion (GRR & NRR).
- Drive customer adoption and outcomes, ensuring measurable business value.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders (IT, comms, executive sponsors).
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews, surfacing insights that align to customer priorities.
Collaborate closely with:
- SVP EMEA (sales strategy, escalation, and executive sponsorship)
- Solution Engineers (technical adoption & enablement)
- Product (capturing customer feedback and helping influence the roadmap)
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and renewal visibility to leadership.
- Partner with channel resellers to extend customer engagement and value.
- Apply a commercial mindset — accountable for both customer value and revenue growth.

Play a critical part in driving adoption of our newly launched product with significant expansion potential.
what we're looking for
- Experience in SaaS account management, ideally in Observability, IT, or Video solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Exposure to or familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDICC methodology preferred.
- Hungry to learn, curious, positive, and a problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable in a collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture.
- Languages: English required; French, Italian, or Spanish highly desirable. Portuguese is a plus.
